Boys: 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th, 10th, 11th and 12th grade as of Fall 2012

Deadlines:
July 31, 2012	Last day for receipt of Entry Fee and Team Roster Form
August 31, 2012	Last day for any revisions to the tournament roster
